Booking Rules & Policies

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking slot. Deposits can be transferred once to a rescheduled date if 72 hours' notice is given.

Cancellations

Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling with sufficient notice is always welcome — life happens.

Design Revisions

One round of minor revisions is included before the appointment. Major redesigns requested less than 24 hours before the session may incur an additional fee.

Reference Images

Please bring clear reference images if you have specific ideas. The clearer your vision, the better the result.

Health & Aftercare

Arrive well-rested, hydrated, and having eaten a full meal. Aftercare instructions will be provided after your session. Proper aftercare is your responsibility.

Age Requirement

You must be 18 years or older. Valid ID will be required on the day of the appointment.
