Early Access · Artist Agreement
You are joining Parlor.ink as an early access artist. This is a working but actively developed platform. By continuing, you acknowledge the early access nature of this product and agree to the terms below.
Effective: 15 March 2026
A working but actively developed product — features may change.
Completely free for artists to use. The platform will charge clients a service fee on top of your tattoo price when payments go live, but this fee is not active during early access.
Operated by the Parlor.ink founding team. Subject to bugs and occasional downtime.
Account & profile
Your name and email address for account creation and communication. Your artist profile — artist name, bio, location, phone number, Instagram handle, and your booking rules.
Bookings & content
Booking requests and related client communications sent through the platform. Flash art images you upload. Session and scheduling information you create.
How payments work
Parlor.ink does not process payments directly. During early access, payments are handled through Swish. When a deposit or payment is due, the client can generate a Swish link or QR code within the platform. On mobile, this opens the Swish app automatically with the amount pre-filled. On desktop, a QR code is displayed for the client to scan.
What data passes through Parlor.ink
The only payment-related data that passes through Parlor.ink is the payment amount and your Swish number. We do not process, store, or have access to any Swish transaction data.
Payment confirmation
Payment confirmation is trust-based and managed outside the Parlor.ink platform. After paying via Swish, the client marks the payment as complete within the platform. You will see that the client has marked it as paid — it is then your responsibility to verify this independently in your own Swish app.
Your responsibility
Parlor.ink does not verify, guarantee, or take any responsibility for payment status, missed payments, incorrect amounts, refunds, or disputes. All payment tracking, verification, refunds, and dispute resolution are entirely your responsibility as the artist.
What comes next
This Swish flow is a temporary solution for early access. Full card payment processing will be introduced in the near future.
