Client Terms. What you need to know.
Parlor.ink is a booking platform for tattoo artists. It allows you to submit booking requests, communicate with artists, and manage your appointments in one place.
You are accessing an early access version of this product. It is functional but not yet the finished, publicly released service. This notice explains how we handle your data and what to expect.

Early access - what that means for you
The platform is free to use and under active development
Features may change or have occasional bugs
Payments and Swish
Parlor.ink does not process payments directly. Payments are made through Swish. Here is how it works:
When a deposit or payment is due, you will see a Swish button or QR code in the platform
On mobile, tapping it opens your Swish app with the amount and artist pre-filled. On desktop, scan the QR code with your phone to pay
The only data Parlor.ink uses is the payment amount and the artist's Swish number. We do not handle or store any Swish transaction data
After completing payment in Swish, you mark it as paid within the platform. The artist verifies this in their own Swish app.
Important: Parlor.ink is not responsible for payment status, refunds, or disputes. All payment matters are directly between you and the artist. If you have a payment issue, contact the artist.
What data we collect
When you use Parlor.ink, we collect the following information:
Your name and email address (account creation and booking notifications)
Booking details you submit - tattoo descriptions, availability, placement preferences
Messages you send to artists through the platform
Reference images you upload as part of a booking request
Who we share your data with
Your data is processed by the following service providers:
Supabase - database and account authentication (EU region)
Resend - for sending booking confirmation and notification emails
Vercel - the infrastructure that hosts the platform
We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
Data retention
We plan to carry your data into the full release when early access ends, but only if you agree. Before that happens, we will contact you to confirm. If you want your data deleted at any point, email us and we will action it within 30 days.
Your rights under GDPR
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
Access - ask us what we hold about you
Correction - ask us to fix inaccurate data
Deletion - ask us to delete your account and data within 30 days
Portability - ask for a copy of your data
